Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

• Assess customer needs and recommend the best products or services to exceed their expectations. 
• Identify opportunities to up-sell services or products, maximizing the value delivered to our customers. 
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining attention to detail. 
• Perform essential data entry to keep customer accounts updated and organized. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Preferred experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone. 
• A proven ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in various scenarios. 
• Solid problem-solving abilities to provide creative and effective resolution to customer concerns. 
• Proficiency in data entry and computer systems. 
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
