We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates at our Fall Branch, TN facility.

Job Summary: 

Warehouse Associates are responsible for supporting daily operations within our facility. This role includes light assembly, managing orders, handling incoming shipments, and other duties as needed. Candidates should demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-setting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform light assembly tasks 
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders 
• Receive and unload incoming shipments 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Previous warehouse experience (preferred) 
• Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift 
• Capacity to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs. 
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic 

Compensation: 

• Starting pay based on position and experience
